OBJECTIVE'S
This course is designed for practicing advocates who want to enhance their advocacy skills. It focuses on the practical aspects of law, legal procedures, and real-world challenges faced in courtrooms. The goal is to make advocates more proficient in handling cases, presenting arguments, and addressing practical legal problems.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Duration: 15 months
Mode of Delivery: Online, live coaching
Schedule: Fixed batch timings (starting on 5th November 2024)
Morning: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Frequency: 1 hour per day, 5 days a week

Courtroom Advocacy Skills: Focus on the art of argumentation, cross-examination techniques, and presenting cases persuasively.
Legal Drafting & Pleadings: Detailed understanding of how to draft legal documents, including plaints, written statements, appeals, and contracts.

Fees: Monthly Fee: Rs. 3,500 per month
Admission Details: The course is non-flexible in terms of schedule, and all participants must commit to the batch timing chosen (morning or evening).
