2. Verification of Credentials

• By registering on the website, you consent to our verification process, which may include submission of copies of your Bar ID, educational certificates, and an online or telephonic interview.

• You confirm that the documents uploaded for verification are genuine, and no forged, or misleading documents have been provided.

• You acknowledge that providing any false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and legal consequences.

3. Use of Images and Personal Information

• You agree that any image, photograph, or logo that you upload to your profile is either directly owned to you or you have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

• You warrant that no third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, are infringed by your use of such images.

• If we receive any claims regarding intellectual property infringement, we may remove the infringing content without notice and suspend or terminate your account.

4. Practice and Conduct

• You affirm that you are currently entitled to practice law in India and that your Bar Council registration is valid and in good standing.

• You agree to notify us immediately if you are suspended, disbarred, or otherwise prohibited from practicing law, or if any disciplinary action is taken against you by any regulatory body.

• You agree to adhere to the Bar Council of India Rules and all applicable laws governing the legal profession while using the website.

• You shall not engage in advertising, solicitation, or any form of client acquisition that violates the Bar’s rules or applicable laws.

5. Content and Information Provided

• You agree that all information, content, or advice provided to clients via the website is accurate, lawful, and within your area of legal expertise.

• You are solely responsible for any legal advice or opinions given to clients through the website.

• You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates the rights of any third party.

6. Client Confidentiality

8. Payments and Fees

• You acknowledge that any payments for services rendered through the website are subject to our payment processing terms and conditions.

• Law Bandhu reserves the right to charge You for access to certain services or features on the website, and you agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined in our pricing structure.

• Payments made to you from clients will be subject to our payment gateway provider's processing terms and conditions.

9. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

• You agree not to use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

10. Termination

• We also reserve the right to terminate your account if you are no longer eligible to practice law or if any Bar Council or relevant authority suspends or revokes your licence to practice.

11. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Law Bandhu Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Any third-party claim alleging that any content You upload or share through the Website infringes on any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others;

  • Any legal advice or service provided to clients through the Website, including errors, omissions, or any misrepresentation of facts or laws;

  • Any dispute, action, or claim made by clients or third parties regarding your services or actions.

12. Limitation of Liability
