4. Practice and Conduct

You affirm that you are currently entitled to practice law in India and that your Bar Council registration is valid and in good standing.

You agree to notify us immediately if you are suspended, disbarred, or otherwise prohibited from practicing law, or if any disciplinary action is taken against you by any regulatory body.

You agree to adhere to the Bar Council of India Rules and all applicable laws governing the legal profession while using the website.

5. Content and Information Provided
